Hearty Sausage and Potato Soup with Bacon and Kale serves 6
The novel, The Light After The War mentions food and drinks from Hungary, Italy, and Venezuela. It gave me lots of ideas for future posts. I decided to go Italian and use a copycat recipe of Olive Garden’s Zuppa Toscana. It is made with spicy Italian sausage, fresh kale, bacon, and russet potatoes in a creamy broth. Delizioso!
