One of my favorite things to eat in South Carolina is Frogmore Stew, which is also known as Low Country Boil. The picture I am using was taken at a restaurant on St. Helena Island, SC. Frogmore is an unincorporated Gullah-Geechee community on St. Helena Island and is famous for its version of a Low Country Boil.
